You agree that you are an independent contractor. You also agree to pay a $99.00 coordinating fee to be paid to Gold Party Organizer in advance through Paypal. This fee is for connecting you with a Gold Party Host. There will be no refund or adjustment credit if you fail to live up to your commitment with the Gold Party Host. If for some reason the Gold Party Host is not able to fulfill their commitment. You the Gold Party Coordinator will be given a $99.00 credit to be applied to your next Gold Party. The Gold Party provided fun for our guests and gave them that excuse they needed to come into our casino. Dave and Linda provided a friendly, professional environment and made us look good to our guests.
