INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT

Please read this agreement carefully before filling out the online application.

You agree to work as an independent contractor, accepting gold party assignments on an as-needed basis. You are not an agent, employee, partner, or affiliate of Gold Party Organizer and Gold Party Organizer is not your employer. You are free to engage in other related activities with other gold party companies. You agree that you cannot file for unemployment or other benefits since you are not an employee or being compensated by Gold Party Organizer.

Gold Party Host and Gold Party Coordinator will indemnify, defend and hold Gold Party Organizer and its affiliates, officers, agents or other partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees related to or brought forth by guests, employees, officers, stockholders or other affiliates and associates of Gold Party Host and Gold Party Coordinator due to or arising out of Hosting or Coordinating a Gold Party referred by Gold Party Organizer. You agree that you are responsible to inquire about any necessary local, state or federal laws and license in your area. 

You agree to always conduct yourself and your business in the most professional and ethical way. You also agree to everything in this agreement.  You also understand that you can be deleted from our website at anytime without notice.  You can delete your membership at anytime. You can do this by sending a ‘please delete my account’ message to info@goldpartyorganizer.com 

Assignments are assigned on a first come bases by email, telephone or the internet. By accepting the assignment you agree to complete the assignment to the best of your ability. You understand any dispute between Gold Party Host and Gold Party Coordinator must be settled between the two parties.  Gold Party Organizer is not an arbitrator of disputes and will not get involved with either party dispute.  In the event you are unable to complete a scheduled assignment that you have previously accepted, you agree to notify the Gold Party host or the Gold Party Coordinator via e-mail or phone at the earliest possible time so the party time and date can be adjusted.

The compensation and reimbursement amounts vary from coordinator to coordinator and location by location... The percentage to be paid by the Gold Party Coordinator will be clearly stipulated in the scheduling process on line or via phone. The Gold Party Coordinator agrees that they are always responsible for paying the agreed amount.
